## Materials & Notes
Third try, using self-sourced materials.
* 1 gallon carboy
* 2x Tetley Earl Grey
* D-47 yeast
  * Added to some 30 degree water before pouring into the must.
* Used less water this time compared to [Batch #1](https://u.staceyell.com/s0.rQrvjXvfcMvHG), similar to 2 - nothing on walls.
* Dumped a bunch of nutrient in, eyeballed. (Fermaid K).  We shouldn't add more.
* Brita filtered tap-water, filled to just below the raised letters.
* 1Kg BeeMaid pasteurized honey, unmeasured - trusted bottle.
* Air-lock filled with sanitizer
