## Materials & Notes
Fourth try, using self-sourced materials.
* 1 gallon carboy
* 3x Tetley Earl Grey
* D-47 yeast
* Used same amount of water as [Batch #1](https://u.staceyell.com/s0.rQrvjXvfcMvHG), approximately.
* Fermaid K - ~2.5g
* Brita filtered tap-water, filled to just below the raised letters.
* 1Kg BeeMaid pasteurized honey, unmeasured - trusted bottle.
* Air-lock filled with sanitizer

## Day 1 - 2024-01-05
* Mixed it up
* Nice brown colour, little bit foamy

## 2024-02-03
* backsweetened with ~0.5kg of honey and moved to secondary.

## 2024-02-03
* Airlock was not sealed - forgot the valve-cap!! now sealed.
