* 1 gallon carboy
* D-47 yeast
* Used same amount of water as [Batch #1](https://u.staceyell.com/s0.rQrvjXvfcMvHG), approximately.
* Fermaid K - ~3.0g
* Brita filtered tap-water, filled to just below the raised letters.
* 1Kg BeeMaid pasteurized honey, unmeasured - trusted bottle - approx 1.045 gravity.
* Air-lock filled with sanitizer
* backfilled to 1.090 gravity with white sugar.

* Mixed it up
* sickly brown-green colour

* It yellowed during fermentation, very bright looking. exhaust smells fruity and nice.

## Day 6 - 2024-02-09
* Fermentation has slowed a lot, maybe starved of nutrients?
