## Materials & Notes
* 1 gallon carboy
* D-47 yeast
* Used same amount of water as [Batch #1](https://u.staceyell.com/s0.rQrvjXvfcMvHG), approximately.
* Fermaid K - ~3.4g
* Brita filtered tap-water, filled to just below the raised letters.
* 1Kg BeeMaid pasteurized honey, unmeasured - trusted bottle
* Air-lock filled with sanitizer
* used OceanSpray "ruby red", unknown qty.
* 2x tetley tea

## Day 1 - 2024-02-05
* Mixed it up
* brown colour

## Day 5 - 2024-02-08
* less yellow than batch 6, but still fairly yellow.

## Day 6 - 2024-02-09
* Fermentation has slowed a lot, maybe starved of nutrients?

## 2024-03-05
* Racked
