* D-47 yeast
* Used same amount of water as [Batch #1](https://u.staceyell.com/s0.rQrvjXvfcMvHG), approximately.
* Fermaid K - ~4.0g
* Brita filtered tap-water, filled to just below the raised letters.
* 1Kg BeeMaid pasteurized honey, unmeasured - trusted bottle, a few extra scraps of honey.
* Air-lock filled with sanitizer
* used OceanSpray "ruby red", unknown qty.
* read gravity, 1.097 OG, seems suspicious to me.
* 2x tetley tea
