Third try, using self-sourced materials.
- 1 gallon carboy
- 2x Tetley Earl Grey
- D-47 yeast
- Added to some 30 degree water before pouring into the must.
- Used less water this time compared to Batch #1, similar to 2 - nothing on walls.
- Dumped a bunch of nutrient in, eyeballed. (Fermaid K). We shouldn't add more.
- Brita filtered tap-water, filled to just below the raised letters.
- 1Kg BeeMaid pasteurized honey, unmeasured - trusted bottle.
- Air-lock filled with sanitizer
