- Fermaid K - ~3.0g
- Brita filtered tap-water, filled to just below the raised letters.
- 1Kg BeeMaid pasteurized honey, unmeasured - trusted bottle - approx 1.045 gravity.
- Air-lock filled with sanitizer
- backfilled to 1.090 gravity with white sugar.

- It yellowed during fermentation, very bright looking. exhaust smells fruity and nice.
