Materials & Notes

• 1 gallon carboy
• D-47 yeast
• Used same amount of water as Batch #1, approximately.
• Fermaid K - ~3.0g
• Brita filtered tap-water, filled to just below the raised letters.
• 1Kg BeeMaid pasteurized honey, unmeasured - trusted bottle - approx 1.045 gravity.
• Air-lock filled with sanitizer
• backfilled to 1.090 gravity with white sugar.

• Mixed it up
• sickly brown-green colour

Day 5 - 2024-02-08

• It yellowed during fermentation, very bright looking. exhaust smells fruity and nice.

Day 6 - 2024-02-09

• Fermentation has slowed a lot, maybe starved of nutrients?
